Meet Hot Mess BBQ
We are Hot Mess BBQ New Hampshire, a dynamic competition barbecue team made up of a pitmaster, an ex-chef, and eight Gen Z cooks competing in barbecue competitions across the Northeast.
Our team shares a deep passion for backyard barbecue and the art of smoked food. We compete using a variety of smokers including offset smokers, pellet smokers, and ugly drum smokers (Super55's), constantly experimenting with techniques and flavors to push the boundaries of traditional BBQ.
Our love for smoked food drives us to explore different tastes and cultures, bringing a unique and innovative approach to barbecue competition cooking.
Hot Mess BBQ proudly represents Big Dog Sauce Company on the competition circuit, using Big Dog sauces and flavor profiles in our cooks as we compete across New England and bring bold, competition-tested flavor to every event.
